JASON ALKIRE
In 2005, partner and husband Jason Alkire came aboard to direct the company. Jason is a former executive in advertising and marketing as well as a photographer.
An artist at heart, Jason’s custom fabric prints and photos are prevalent throughout the brand. His bold, vibrant prints draw inspiration from years of painting, graphic design, and photography – trades he has honed since childhood when his mother taught him to draw and paint around the age of seven.
Jason serves as the president of Julie Haus where he focuses on the company brand and position, photography, textile design, and general business - freeing Julie to concentrate on design.
In the Fall season of 2009 the company launched a diffusion line of clothing named J/J by Julie Haus. The line consists of less formal fabrics and designs geared toward everyday wear.
