When you receive your order, check items for fit and accuracy. Please take care not to damage the merchandise and do not remove hang tags or labels. Julie Haus cannot accept returns or exchanges with visible wear and tear. Some items are delicate please be mindful of how you ship merchandise back.
Returns
Please allow approximately seven (7)business days for the processing of your return from the date we receive your package. Returns need to be return shipped within five (5) business days of the day you signed for your package. Shipping charges will the responsibility of the customer, and merchandise must be returned in the original condition it was received with hang tags and labels attached properly. If merchandise is returned with damage or without hang tags and/or labels it will not be eligible for a return or exchange. All Special Ordered or Made to Order items are not returnable.
Refunds
We will refund your order up to five (5) business days from the date you receive and sign for your merchandise. Returns made after five (5) business days will be refunded for JulieHaus.com credit only. JulieHaus.com credit is valid for one year from the date of issue. Refunds to your credit card will take three to five business days to appear on your credit record. The process of crediting a credit card is also the responsibility of the card companies involved and is not limited to Julie Haus.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made for fifteen (15) days from the day you receive your merchandise. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges will the responsibility of the customer, and merchandise must be returned in the original condition it was received with hang tags and labels attached properly. If merchandise is returned with damage or without hang tags and labels it will not be eligible for a return or exchange. All Special Ordered or Made to Order items are not returnable, but can be exchanged for a new size.
Sale Items
Sale items can not be exchanged or returned. All sales are final on merchandise marked as Sale.
